Adding an item to your cart is not a purchase. A contract forms only when we confirm your order by email after payment succeeds.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery address. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.

Items are made after you order them. That is why the returns policy treats faults and mistakes differently from a change of mind — please read it before ordering, and check the size guidance on the product page.

Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on screen, and placement can vary a little between items. Small variation of this kind is normal and is not a fault.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any tax are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for giving a correct, complete address — we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.

You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged on delivery outside the United States.

Keep your account details secure and accurate. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Orders placed while signed in earn points on the price of the goods, before tax and after any discount. Reviewing something you bought earns a further 20 points, once per product. Points are recorded against your email address, are not transferable, and have no cash value — they cannot be exchanged for money or returned as change.

Redeeming points issues a single-use code for a fixed amount off. The points leave your balance when the code is issued rather than when it is used. If the code covers more than the order it is used on, the difference is not refunded or carried over.

Points do not expire. If an order is refunded in full, the points it earned are taken back, which can leave a balance below zero until it is earned back. We may correct a balance that was awarded in error, and we may change or end the programme — doing so will not take away points you have already earned, and any code already issued stays valid.

You can see your balance, your tier and every movement in your account.

The designs, images and text on this store belong to us or our licensors. Buying an item does not transfer any rights in the artwork — please do not reproduce or resell it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, USA, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. The business is based in Palm Beach County, and that is where any claim would be heard.

Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live.

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
